Deepa Craig

Deepa Craig, born in London, is a British contemporary artist and storyteller. She studied Fine Art at Goldsmiths University, has a BSc in Psychology and has studied storytelling at the wonderful School of Storytelling in Sussex. Raised a Hindu, her dual identity offers her a distinctive, sometimes conflicting, perspective on everyday life.

Her multidisciplinary art practice is an exploration of Western and Global philosophy and nature, developing contemplative works inspired by concepts of truth, goodness, beauty and unity. She believes that art and the imagination has the power to unlock wisdom and provoke alternative ways of thinking and being.

She is based in Surrey, UK.
